What was found
DURING FLIGHT, PILOTS NOTED THE ENGINE WOULD NOT INCREASE RPMS WHEN THROTTLE WAS ADVANCED QUICKLY. INSPECTION BY MAINTENANCE REVEALED THE CARBURETOR, WHICH HAD BEEN INSTALLED 4 DAYS BEFORE, WAS THE CAUSE.
