THE RIB IN THE LT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER AT SS 80.60 CRACKED ON THE UPPER SIDE OF THE RIB WHERE THE LATERAL STRINGER GOES THROUGH THE RIB. I HAVE PICTURES THAT CAN BE SENT TO HELP SHOW THIS ISSUE.
