DURING A SCHEDULED INSPECTION, FOUND STRINGER 15L FLANGE DAMAGED AT 2 LOCATIONS FROM THE VENT BLOWER BRACKET, CHAFED AT FS 368.25 AND 370.25, CHAFED HALF WAY THROUGH STRINGER FLANGE. REPAIRED IAW EO 13-1900-53-056. MAJOR REPAIR.
