PILOT REPORTED THAT AFTER DE-ICING THE BRAKES FELT VERY INEFFECTIVE, VERY WEEK STOPPING ACTION, EVEN WHEN APPLIED FIRMLY. MX BRAKES FROZE UP, UNFROZE BRAKES BY APPLYING DE-ICE FLUID. OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD IAW MM 32-40-00.
