DURING CRUISE AT FL450, AIRCRAFT ROLLED WITH CORRESPONDING AILERON RT FAIL CAS MESSAGE. RT AILERON DISPLACED IN UP POSITION. THREE ATTEMPTED FLIGHT CONTROL RESETS WITH NO EFFECT. CHECKED THE AIRCRAFT AND FOUND NO FAULTS.
