N2 RPM INCONSISTENT. GOVERNOR HAD INCONSISTENT OVERSPEED. SPLIT BODIES, CLEANED, AND INSPECTED PARTS. FOUND DEFECTIVE ROLLER BEARINGS ON GOVERNOR LEVER. REPLACED WITH NEW PARTS AND UNIT TESTED SATISFACTORY.
