LOW SIDE FAILURE. FOUND GOVERNOR RESPONSE SLOW. FOUND ACTION OF FLYWEIGHTS SLOW DUE TO DIRTY AND WORN COATING ON FLYWEIGHT PINS. ALSO FOUND SLIGHT WEAR ON TEFLON TUBE. REPLACED PINS AND TUBE. UNIT TESTED SATISFACTORY.
