PILOT REPORTED THE LANDING GEAR EXTENDED BY ITSELF WITH GEAR HANDLE IN UP POSITION. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED LANDING GEAR SELECTOR SWITCH, NO DEFECTS FOUND. THE SWITCH WAS REPLACED AS A PRECAUTION, WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
