LEFT ELEVATOR T/E COUNT FROM OTBD TO INBD NR 2 STATIC WICK BASE HAS CORROSION. REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 2 STATIC WICK BASE ( MOUNTING STATIC DISCHARGER) P/N 16335, BATCH 0004414980 AND WICK DISCHARGER P/N 10-900-25A, BATCH 0004493176 ON SUPPORT PLATE IAW AMM 23-61-01-402-028.
