As reported to the FAA. Reports are unverified, and codes are left as the FAA publishes them.

What was found

DURING APPROACH, THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT THE LANDING GEAR HANDLE WAS SELECTED DOWN BUT EMERGENCY EXTENSION PROCEDURES WERE FOLLOWED TO ALLOW THE LANDING GEAR TO BE EXTENDED SAFELY. MAINTENANCE REPORTED THAT UPON INSPECTION IT WAS NOTED THAT THE HYDRAULIC FLUID LEVEL WAS BELOW THE MINIMUM COLD ACCEPTABLE LEVEL AND SERVICED THE SYSTEM. THEY INSPECTED FOR ANY OTHER ABNORMALITIES AND ALL ELSE WAS GOOD. LANDING GEAR EXTENSION AND RETRACTION CHECKS WERE SUCCESSFULLY PERFORMED, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
