What was found
THERE IS A PERSISTANT PROBLEM WITH THIS SERIES BRAKE DEICE VALVE STICKING IN THE OPEN POSITION. THIS PROBLEM SEEMS TO BE GREATER DURING THE WINTER (EXTREME COLD) BUT IT DOES OCCUR AT ALL TIMES OF THE YEAR.
