RT CONDITION LEVER WILL NOT CONTROL PROP INTO MIN MAX RANGE. PILOT REPORTED DIFFICULTY IN THE MIN/MAX RANGE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED RT CONDITION AIRFRAME CABLE PN 82180 PERFORMED MASTER RIG TEST RAN ALL CHECKS GOOD.
