FLT NR 3028 - ON APPROACH TO DTW, THE RIGHT MAIN GEAR DID NOT EXTEND. THE CREW PERFORMED AN EMERGENCY EXTENSION AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE UPLOCK ACTUATOR. SYSTEMS OPERATED SATISFACTORILY. (M)
