FLT NR 3125 - DURING PREFLIGHT INSPECTION IN DTW, THE CREW NOTED THE RED FLOOR TRACK LIGHTS WERE BURNED OUT. MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL FUNCTIONALLY TESTED THE SYSTEM BUT WERE UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THIS DISCREPANCY. ALL SYSTEMS OPERATED SATISFACTORILY. (M)
