FLT 6230 - PHX-MTJ - DURING PREFLIGHT ACCEPTANCE CHECK, THE CREW REPORTED THE RIGHT SIDE EMERGENCY EXIT PLACARD LENSE WAS MISSING. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LIGHT ASSY. OPS CHECK GOOD. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)
