FWD EQUIP OVHT CAME ON SEVERAL TIMES THEN EXTINGUISHED AFTER A FEW SECONDS, THEN CAME BACK ON PERMANENTLY. REPLACED EQUIPMENT COOLING INDICATION CARD IAW AMM 21-58-24, INSTALLATION TEST PASSED.
