RIGHT ENG CONDITION LEVER WILL NOT ADVANCE OUT OF FUEL CUT OFF. REPLACED THE RT ENG FUEL CONTROL UNIT. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. ACFT WAS RTS.
