What was found
PILOT REPORTED, THAT PROPS WOULD NOT SHED ICE IN NORMAL MODE. FLIGHT WAS DELAYED WHILE SYSTEM WAS FUNCTIONALLY TESTED. NO DISCREPANCIES WERE NOTED AND NO FURTHER PROBLEMS WERE ENCOUNTERED WITH THE PROP DEICE SYSTEM.
