FOUND SMALL CRACK IN TAIL ROTOR BLADE ON FLAT SURFACE JUST INBOARD OF CURVED SECTION OF ROOT AREA. THIS IS THE THIRD CRACK IN THE SAME LOCATION. BLADE HAD BEEN REPAIRED.
