ACTUATOR CAUTION ILLUMINATED AND WAS STILL PRESENT AFTER SHUTTING DOWN THE ACFT AND RE-STARTING. DURING TEST FLIGHT EVAL, ACTUATOR CAUTION APPEARED WITH CORRESPONDING PITCH SEMA 2 CODE ON VMED LANE 2. REMOVED AND REPLACED SEMA ACTUATOR IAW AMM 67-10-00, 4-8.
