FLIGHT DECK DOOR REQUIRES A LOT OF FORCE TO OPEN WHEN UNLOCKED. REMOVED FROM SERVICE. CLEANED FLIGHT DECK DOOR LATCH MECHANISM AS REQUIRED. DOOR NOW OPERATES NORMALLY WITH ONLY A SMALL AMOUNT OF FORCE REQUIRED TO OPEN WHEN UNLOCKED. RETURNED TO SERVICE.
