PDX - THE EMERGENCY ESCAPE LIGHTS CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS FOUND POPPED ON THE GROUND. RESET CIRCUIT BREAKER OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. NO DEFECTS NOTED AND A/C WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
