CREW REPORTED INCREASING STIFFNESS IN YOKE ROLL CONTROL. CREW RAN QRH, DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND RETURNED. CREW LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED, CLEANED AND REINSTALLED ARTIFICAL FEEL UNIT IAW AMM AND OPS, CHECKED GOOD. ACFT IS GOOD FOR SERVICE.
