DURING FLT, CREW RECEIVED AN LG WOW SYS FAIL MESSAGE. CREW RAN QRH, DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND RETURNED TO DEPARTURE AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE SERVICED NLG SHOCK STRUT AND PERFORMED GEAR SWINGS IAW AMM AND OPS CHECKED GOOD.
