FLT 8092 - IAD - AFTER TAKEOFF, ELEVATOR CONTROL WAS GETTING STIFFER. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE ELEVATOR AUTOPILOT SERVO. SYSTEM OPS CHECKED GOOD DURING MAINTENANCE CHECK FLIGHT. NO OTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
