AIRCRAFT FAILED TO PRESSURIZE ON CLIMB-OUT. DURING DESCENT, AIRCRAFT PRESSURIZED FOR 1 MIN THEN DUMPED. MX SUSPECTED DOOR SEAL TUBING WAS KINKED. SHORTENED DOOR SEAL TUBING. NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
