PIT FLT 219 ENROUTE PIT - TPA, AFTER TAKEOFF, ECAM MESSAGE 'L/G SHOCK ABSORBER FAULT' DISPLAYED. THE FLIGHT RETURNED TO FIELD AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE SERVICED THE NOSE LANDING GEAR STRUT.
