AFTER LANDING THRUST WAS ADVANCED FOR TAXI AUTO RETRACTION OF SPEED BRAKES DID NOT OCCUR. FIM 27-61 TASK 805, NO DEFECTS FOUND, PERFORMED SEVERAL CYCLES ON SPEED BRAKE AND IT OPERATED NORMALLY. FAULT COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED. THS CLEARS MEL 27-7-1.
