What was found
AFTER LANDING THE NOSE GEAR AXLE CRACKED ALLOWING THE LT NOSE WHEEL TO CAME LOOSE FROM THE NOSE GEAR ASSY. NOSE WEEL AND BROKEN AXLE FOUND ON RUNWAY. REPLACED THE NOSE LANDING GEAR SHOCK ABSORBER ASSEMBLY.
