FLIGHT 7539 IAD-DAY, LANDING GEAR SELECTED DOWN WITH NO GREEN LIGHT INDICATION ON NOSE WHEEL. LANDING GEAR WAS CYCLED AS PER QRH AND LIGHT REMAINED OUT. NOSE GEAR LIGHT THEN CAME ON WHILE IN HOLDING PATTERN.
