DURING B INSPECTION, FOUND THE AFT CABIN EMERGENCY FLASHLIGHT NOT CHARGING. FOUND A LOOSE WIRE ON SPLICE, REINSTALLED. THE OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW AMM 20-13-01. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
