DURING TAXI OUT AN ELEC SMOKE SMELL WAS DETECTED. AFTER RETURN TO GATE FIRST OFFICER`S CHART HOLDER HAD SAME HOT SMELL REMAINING. R & R FIRST OFFICER`S CHART HOLDER IAW AMM 25-18-13. OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD.
