APPROXIMATELY 2000FT EICAS MSG BLEED 2 OVER PRESSURE SHOWED UP. WE RAISED THE FLAPS, AND RAN THE QRH. THE ANNUNCIATION DID NOT CLEAR. WE PULLED ENG 2 BACK TO IDLE DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND RETURNED TO DFW. TRANSFERRED TO NRWC 036-DFW-05937 ITEM-1. REMOVED AND REPLACED BLEED PRESSURE REGULATING SHUTOFF VALVE IAW AMM 36-11-03 OPC GOOD.
