What was found

CRACKED RAIL NUT PLATE LOC OFSS 570, INTERNAL CAVITY LEADING EDGE OF RT WING. REMOVED THE NUT PLATE IAW SRM 51-40-01 AND PERFORMED VISUAL INSPECTION ON ADJACENT AREAS AND DID NOT FIND OTHER DAMAGE.
