AUTOPILOT PITCH TRIM CAUTION ON APPROACH WITH FLAP AT 45 DEGREES, THEN WENT AWAY. REMOVED AND REPLACED ELEVATOR SERVO WITH A SERVICEABLE UNIT. OPS CHECK GOOD ON ALL GROUND OPERATIONS AT THIS TIME IAW MM 22-11-24.
