UPON STARTING THE APU & OPENING THE BLEEDS, THE AIRCRAFT WAS FILLED WITH A VERY STRONG SMELL OF FUEL. FLT 5532 INSPECTED APU FOR FUEL LEAKS, NO LEAKS FOUND. SHUT APU DOWN, STARTED APU UP, NO SMELL OF FUEL DETECTED.
