FWD AREA OF THE PAX DOOR JUST ABOVE THE LOWER GREEN LOCK INDICATOR PANEL HAS A PUNCTURE. REPLACED INNER FRAME ON PAX DOOR AND COMPLIED WITH REO REPAIR ON FWD AREA OF THE PAX DOOR JUST ABOVE THE LOWER GREEN LOCK INDICATOR PANEL, PN 600-31902-260.
