FOUND MULTIPLE SPOTS OF CORROSION ON LT PRESSURE FLOOR SUPPORT FROM BS 409+128 - 559. BLENDED CORROSION ON THE LT PRESSURE FLOOR SUPPORT ASSY APPROX LBL 36 - 42 AND BTWN BS 409 +128 & 559 IAW SRM 51-21-06. PERFORMED UT REMAINING THICKNESS MEASUREMENT IAW NDTM PART 4 51-00-001 & FOUND TO BE ACCEPTABLE PER AND COMPLIED WITH REO 601R-53-41-666 REV C. PERFORMED EDDY CURRENT INSPECTION IAW NDTM, PART 1, 51-20-06, & NDTM, PART 6, 53-00-096 WITH NO CRACKS FOUND. COMPLIED WITH TASK CARD 51-900-1003-SKY.
