DURING FLOOR SUPPORT REPAIR AT RBL 9 BETWEEN BS 409.5 & 409 + 32 FOUND UNDERLYING DAMAGE ON FLOOR. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE FLOOR SUPPORT IAW SRM 51-42-06 AND SRM 53-00-43. COMPLIED WITH TASK CARD 51-900-1003-SKY.
