OPERATIONS CALLED TO ADVISE THEY ARE HAVING DIFFICULTY OPERATING THE MCD. FLIGHT 4639. UPON INSPECTION FOUND PAX DOOR VENT FLAP AFT HINGE BRACKET BROKEN. REMOVED AND REPLACED PAX DOOR VENT FLAP AFT HINGE BRACKET WITH REFERENCE TO SRM 51-42-21. COMPLIED WITH TASK CARD 51-900-1003-SKY.
