FOUND TOOLING DAMAGE AT RT BS 672.20, BEHIND APU SHIELD. BLENDED DAMAGE, PERFORMED UT REMAINING THICKNESS MEASUREMENT IAW NDTM PART 4, 51-00-001, & FOUND TO BE ACCEPTABLE IAW REO 601R-53-61-8661, REV-. PERFORMED EDDY CURRENT INSPECTION OF THE BLENDED AREAS IAW NDTM PART 1, 51-20-06, AND NDTM PART 6, 53-00-096 WITH NO CRACKS FOUND. RESTORED SURFACE FINISH IAW SRM 51-21-16, SRM 51-21-11 AND SRM 51-25-00. COMPLIED WITH TASK CARD 51-900-1003-SKY.
