AFTER TAKEOFF ABOVE 120 KIAS, FOUND RUDDER UNPOWERED AND NO RUDDER INOP LIGHTS WERE ILLUMINATED, NO MAP LIGHT EITHER. RETURNED TO LAX. REPLACED RELAY K0318, GROUND TESTED RUDDER, OPS CHECKS GOOD.
