DURING SCHEDULED OPERATION TEST OF THE L/H OVER-WING ESCAPE SLIDE DEPLOYMENT SYSTEM, SLIDE FAILED TO DEPLOY. FOUND SLIDE PACK DEPLOYMENT ACTUATOR DEFECTIVE. REMOVED AND REPLACED ACTUATOR PER B757 AMM 25-65-03. OPS CHECK NORMAL.
