What was found
DURING BENCH FLOW TEST OF DUPLEX FUEL NOZZLE ASSEMBLY, IT WAS NOTED THAT THERE WAS A LEAK COMING FROM THE WELD LOCATED ON THE FUEL NOZZLE ASSEMBLY BODY.
