CRACK IN THREADED PORTION OF FUEL NOZZLE BODY FOUND AFTER LEAK TEST FAILURE AFTER NOZZLE INSTALLATION INTO FUEL NOZZLE ADAPTER ASSEMBLY. CRACK IN THREADS IS ONLY VISIBLE BY USING A 5X MAGNIFICATION.
