SLAT FAIL ON APPROACH, SLATS FAILED AT 0 AND FLAPS DID NOT MOVE. CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY, LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE RT 2/3 SLAT HARNESS AND RT INBOARD 2/3 SKEW SENSOR.
