RT ENG BLEED VALVE OFF LIGHT EXTINGUISHED DURING PREFLIGHT W/ENGINES SHUT DOWN. CYCLED PACK CONTROL SWITCH OFF AND CYCLE NR 2 ENGINE BLEED SWITCH TO OFF, TURNED BLEED SWITCH ON AND PACK ON FOR NORMAL OPERATION AND INDICATION OPS NORMAL IAW AMM 36-11-26.
