INSPECTION TYPE:C3 VISUAL AND HFEC INSP DETECTED A CRACK APPROX .125" ON THE L-2 DOOR UPPER FWD DOOR JAMB CORNER EXTENDING FROM FASTENER. CUT OUT DAMAGE AT L-2 DOOR UPPER FWD DOOR JAMB CORNER IAW SRM 53-02-00 FIG 18. FABRICATED AND INSTALLED FILLER, DOUBLER, AND TRIPLER IAW SRM 53-02-00 FIG18, 53-04-01 FIG 21L, 51-1-26, AND SRM 51-1-8.
