FLIGHT 1553, PHL-DEN - AFTER TAKEOFF THE LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT. THE CREW RECEIVED A "LG WOW" EICAS MESSAGE. MAINTENANCE - ACCOMPLISHED A FULL STRUT SERVICE ON ALL THREE LANDING GEAR STRUTS AND CYCLED SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO FAULTS.
