What was found
RUDDER TRIM WOULD NOT MOVE. FOUND LOWER TRIM ACTUATOR RECEIVING POWER BUT IT WOULD NOT MOVE. INSTALLED NEW LOWER ACT PN 4AS5830510-013 BUT COULD NOT TIME ACTUATORS TOGETHER, SO REPLACED THE UPPER ACTUATOR AND WAS ABLE TO RIG ACTUATOR TOGETHER.
